What we do:
People Matter is a community-based organization whose mission is to uplift, unearth and untether people in different Chicago communities. We are currently working in the Armour Square, Chinatown, Bronzeville, Douglas, Bridgeport, McKinley Park, and Pilsen neighborhoods.
We hope to expand to the rest of the Chicagoland area, nation and globe in the coming years.
How we do it:
Our mission is to uplift, unearth and untether people. We are doing this through direct service, political education, and issue advocacy work. We ask/survey people on what they want to see in their community and we build projects based on the results we obtain from community members.
How you can help:

We have weekly public events covering topics ranging from education to anti-blackness. Come join us!
